Domaine Silene Des Peyrals Gres De Montpellier
The Silène vineyard is a 25 hectares site in the most perfect location, protected by pine trees, while soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine and being cooled by Northern breezes.
This extra special smooth organic red is made from old vine Syrah and Grenache. This is intense and seductive, full of wild berry flavours and violet and woody notes.
It has been aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, which gives it the perfect structure, smooth tannins and balance. This can be served with game, grilled red meats or charcuterie.
