Fresh as a daisy! Our Flowerhead Sauvignon loves the Chilean climate and the benefits from the cooling Pacific breeze and lovely clear sunny days. At harvest, which takes place from the end of February to the middle of March, grapes of wonderful concentration and vibrancy are hand harvested before cool fermentation, to preserve Sauvignon Blanc’s racy goodness. Bursting with vibrant mouth-watering citrus, melon and peach fruit flavours.
Suitable for both vegans and vegetarians, this is the perfect partner for grilled fish, seafood and crisp salads.
